Please go to the link here to REGISTER with USA Hockey first. There is a $35 fee to register with USA Hockey. That is paid directly to USA Hockey online via a credit card. Any player 6 and under is NOT charged the $35 fee, even though you will have to enter your credit card information as you go through the registration process. Once you get an email confirmation, PLEASE forward the confirmation email to Margaret Lewis. Or if you can not email it, print it out and bring it into the ice rink to register. You will need your Registration Numbers from USA Hockey to complete your online registration. We will be registering players at the rink on: Sunday August 3rd from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM Sunday September 14th from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM If you cannot attend one of the above scheduled registrations, please contact Margaret Lewis or by phone at (304) 376-5458 (AFTER 5 PM) to arrange a time to complete your registration. 2) Set up an Online Family Hockey Account and pay for your hockey activities online. When you are setting up your account, you should enter in all your players in your family. When you complete your first player, they will be in a "Player List", if you want to create more players, click on "Create Player" and continue... Travel Players If you would like to calculate what your fees are going to be, you can download a Ice Fees Calculation sheet. If you would like to know what the Fundraising requirements are this year. EVERYONE, including the Mini-Mite parents have to buy 2 Cashbash tickets (total $50). And please note, if you commit to Pepsi but do not, you will be assessed a $50 fine. Please review the Mandatory Family Fundraising Agreement.
